We are very proud! This Friday we were again honoured with the Top Job Award in Berlin – and therefore remain one of the best employers in Germany.

Outstanding!

On the 22nd of February 2019, we were honoured with the Top Job Award for outstanding employer qualities by former Minister of Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement in Berlin.

The award is based on a scientifically based employee survey, which proves the high attractiveness of the company as an employer. What makes us so attractive? For example, our values, which we live by every day: Courage, Mindfulness, Collaboration and Impact. "It is important to us that all employees know exactly what they are working for every day and what their contribution to the success of the company is on a holistic level," explains our managing director Andreas Magg, "because only then can they really identify with us and see themselves as a dedicated team."

Teamwork at eye level

Our management concept, which creates a space for employees in which they can work and develop independently, responsibly and networked, is based on cooperation. Our managers are supported in this by a modular development program, some of which is also open to other employees, as leadership takes place everywhere. The early transfer of responsibility, transparent career paths and individually tailored development programs beyond all levels and hierarchies also have a motivating effect. In addition, there is the inspiring touch of start-up that is difficult to grasp.

Private and professional life are closely interlinked, and it is important to balance both. The topics of family orientation, work-life balance and health are important to us. Numerous social benefits such as extra holidays, sabbaticals, sports groups or a family day as well as flexible working hours and mobile working offer scope for a successful life at all levels.
