1.1 Anleitung der E-Ladesäulen
Um dein E-Fahrzeug kostenlos an einer der E-Ladesäulen in Stuttgart zu tanken, muss zuerst deine ID Card freigeschaltet werden (mehr unter 1.2). KundInnen und BesucherInnen bekommen eine gesonderte Kundenkarte am Empfang/Office Management.
Schließe das Ladekabel am Elektroauto an. Hebe dann die Abdeckung der Ladebuchse an, und verbinde das andere Ende des Ladekabels mit der Ladestation. Der Ring um die Ladebuchse leuchtet gelb, und das RFID-Lesegerät blinkt blau.*
Löse den Ladevorgang aus, indem du deine ID Card/Kundenkarte kurz vor das Lesegerät unter dem Charge-Amps-Logo hältst. Während des Ladevorganges leuchtet der Ring um die Ladebuchse blau. Nach abgeschlossenem Ladevorgang leuchtet der Ring um die Ladebuchse gelb.
Der Ladevorgang wird automatisch gestartet.
Um den Ladevorgang zu beenden, hältst du deine ID Card/Kundenkarte nochmal kurz vor das Lesegerät.
Bitte achte darauf dein Fahrzeug umzuparken, wenn es vollständig geladen ist.
1.2 Mitarbeiter ID Card freischalten lassen – für kostenloses Laden
Um dein E-Fahrzeug kostenlos an einer der E-Ladesäulen in Stuttgart zu tanken, muss zuerst deine ID Card freigeschaltet werden. Deine Zustimmung kannst du erteilen lassen. Beim Auswählen des Zustimmungsbuttons in Personio wird der Prozess automatisch gestartet. Sobald die Freischaltung erfolgt ist, erhältst du eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.
BesucherInnen und KundInnen können die E-Ladesäule ebenfalls kostenlos nutzen. Hierzu kann eine gesonderte Karte am Empfang/Office Management ausgeliehen und genutzt werden.
1.3 Nutzungsbedingungen beachten
Beachtet für das Laden die Vorgaben des Fahrzeugherstellers. Die Ladesäule darf nur für das Laden mit den für dich vorgesehenen Steckertypen und mit in Deutschland zugelassenen Hilfsmitteln verwendet werden. Bei Defekten oder Störungen der Ladesäule muss der Ladevorgang sofort abgebrochen und das Office Management benachrichtigt werden.
*Hinweis: Sofern die andere Buchse nicht bereits verwendet wird, erlischt deren Beleuchtung. Dann ist sie innerhalb der 5 Minuten, dem Zeitfenster für die Authentifizierung über RFID, nicht verfügbar. Wenn innerhalb des Zeitfensters keine RFID-Authentifizierung erfolgt ist, muss der Ladevorgang aus der Ferne freigegeben werden. Für eine Reaktivierung der Ladebuchse nach einem Time-out entfernen Sie das Ladekabel, und stecken Sie es erneut ein.

1.1 Instructions for the e-charging stations
An activated employee ID card is required for free use of the e-charging station (see explanation 1.2). Customers and visitors can pick up a customer card at reception/office management.
Connect the charging cable to the electric car. Then lift the cover of the socket and connect the other end of the charging cable to the charging station. The ring around the charging port will glow yellow and the RFID reader will flash blue.*
Start the charging process by holding your ID card/customer card in front of the reader under the Charge Amps logo. During the charging process, the ring around the charging socket lights up blue. When the charging process is complete, the ring around the charging socket lights up yellow.
The charging process will start automatically. To end the loading process, hold your ID card/customer card in front of the reader again.
Please make sure to move your vehicle when it is fully charged.
1.2 Activate the employee ID card – for free loading
In order to fill up your e-vehicle free of charge at one of the e-charging stations in Stuttgart, your ID card must first be activated. You can give your consent here. When you select the consent button in Personio, the process starts automatically. As soon as the activation has taken place, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Visitors and customers can also use the e-charging station free of charge. A separate card can be borrowed and used for this purpose at reception/office management.
1.3 Consider the Terms of Use
Consider the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer for charging. The charging station may only be used for charging with the plug types intended for you and with aids approved in Germany. In the event of defects or faults in the charging station, the charging process must be stopped immediately and office management notified.
*Note: Unless the other jack is already in use, its light will turn off. Then it is not available within the 5 minutes, the time window for authentication via RFID. If no RFID authentication has taken place within the time window, the charging process must be approved remotely. To reactivate the charging socket after a time-out, unplug the charging cable and plug it in again.
