Web tracking

After your consent, web analyses are used on this site to determine the reach pursuant to Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR, to implement legitimate interests for the effective layout of promotional activities and public relations work. In conjunction with this, the collection of personal data is reduced to a minimum, given that in all cases the IP is anonymized as soon as your IP address is received by the respective web server. The controller does not merge this information with any other data, which would in particular make it possible to identify the user.

  • Use of Matomo

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. The purpose of the service is to analyze the use of the website to optimize the website offer. Matomo is operated on our own server and does not set any cookies. In addition, your IP address is immediately anonymized, so that a personal reference to you is not possible and you remain anonymous to us. The data processing is based on the interest to provide content that is of interest to visitors and thus to be able to design targeted web marketing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DS-GVO).

  • Use of Webtrekk

This website uses with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) Webtrekk Q3, a web analysis tool by the Berlin-based Webtrekk GbmH. Webtrekk does not save IP addresses. Webtrekk promptly abbreviates the IP address for the session recognition and the geographic analysis in our tool. Webtrekk deletes the IP address thereafter. It is not possible to associate this data with individual people or to identify individual people with this data.
The geographic analyses work through a database, which contains IP address information of different ISPs along with the geographic location of the IP address down to the city level. The individual addresses of the Internet users are not known.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the German Tele Media Act, Internet users do have the right to prohibit the future tracking and storage of data related to their Internet visits. If you would like to deactivate tracking while visiting the diconium website, a cookie called webtrekkOptOut can be placed, which is available on the domain webtrekk.net. This tracking deactivation will work only as long as the webtrekkOptOutCookie has not been deleted.

If you would like to deactivate any future tracking of your activities on this website, please click on the following link.

  • Use of the tag management system "Tealium"

The Tealium cookie archives the following information:

  • Website visit time stamp

  • Session ID

If you would like to object to the use of Tealium cookies, you have the option to deactivate them using the following link.

There is no obligation to consent to the use of your analytics data. This is based on your free decision according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Your data will only be used by us for this purpose and will be deleted after the storage period has expired or if you revoke your consent. The use until the time of revocation remains lawful.

  • Use of wiredminds

Our website uses the pixel counter technology of wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze user patterns. In conjunction with this, data are collected, processed and archived, which we use, among other things, to generate pseudonym user profiles. Whenever possible and expedient, these user profiles are rendered completely anonymous. Cookies may be used to do this. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the visitor's Internet browser and that are used to recognize the Internet browser when it visits again. The collected information, which may also include personal data, is transmitted to wiredminds or collected directly by wiredminds. wiredminds is permitted to use the information left as a result of visits to our websites to generate anonymized user profiles. The thus generated data will not be used to personally identify website visitors in the absence of separately granted consent of the data subjects. This information is not merged with personal data related to the holder of the pseudonym. If IP addresses are recorded, they are instantly rendered anonymous because the last block of numbers is deleted.

You have the right to object to the use of wiredminds at any time by deactivating the web tracking using this link.

On the servers, your IP address is anonymized and then transferred to a Google server in the USA. You can also deactivate conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to a mode that blocks cookies from the domain "googleadservices.com".

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this via the Consent Manager.

There is no obligation to consent to the use of your data for the use of Google AdWords. This is based on your free decision according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The surveys are carried out anonymously and no data of the person concerned is requested or processed by the responsible person. However, it cannot be excluded that personal information will be included in the answers. The information is processed on the basis of the company's interest (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR) in the performance of the contractually guaranteed service and the truthful reflection of the survey results. The information is stored until the survey is evaluated and then deleted. The data will not be transmitted, in particular to the client.

To implement the survey, the survey tool Microsoft Forms is used, which is hosted and operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. To provide the service and implement IT security, Microsoft processes data about your browser history, device, connectivity and configuration data, IP addresses, bug reports and performance data, or responses to surveys. For more information about data processing by Microsoft Forms, please see the Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.
