DR. JIVA DIMITROVA-MICHA APPOINTED TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Diconium appoints Dr. Jiva Dimitrova-Micha as Managing Director to drive further growth

Diconium welcomes Dr. Jiva Dimitrova-Micha as Managing Director of Diconium Germany, effective September 1, 2026. Her appointment further strengthens the German leadership team of Diconium, a global technology company and part of the Volkswagen Group.
As an experienced transformation executive, Jiva will lead Diconium's growth function and further develop the business across all customer segments. Her focus will be on Diconium's core industries, including manufacturing and industry, retail and consumer goods, and mobility. She reports to Jasmin Eichler, CEO of Diconium.

Dr. Jiva Dimitrova-Micha brings over twenty years of international leadership experience at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and growth. Most recently, as a Partner at Deloitte, she was responsible for a global portfolio of industrial clients, including major automotive suppliers. Before that, she was Managing Director at Accenture, focusing on B2B transformation and customer engagement. She gained extensive operational experience as Vice President Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing at Bosch Packaging Technology, where she held global responsibility for strategy, sales and marketing. Dr. Jiva Dimitrova-Micha earned her doctorate in physics from ETH Zurich.
