But what does a mobility ecosystem actually consist of? Our report looks at this question and highlights the four most important trends for the ecosystems of German car manufacturers.

 For the market launch of an e-car model, diconium was commissioned to realize the customer journey around the electric charging of the vehicle. The solution: a convenient app in which e-car owners can see everything at a glance. They can charge their vehicle either at home via the connected wallbox, or while travelling on the road. 


For a global tech company, we figured out which sensor data could be used to provide the most attractive, customer-centric and cost-optimized service possible. Based on our work, this company was able to make the decision to implement a data-driven business model. 


In order to address new target groups and at the same time retain existing customers, diconium bundled all sales and service channels in the Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) for a leading global automobile manufacturer. The focus was on barrier-free access for customers and intuitive operation of the individual services.  


The founding of Cinteo is a success story: within a very short time, we helped our client build the company by introducing an agile corporate culture, creating an office space for state-of-the-art work, strengthening the group's in-house digital expertise, and thus setting the inner seed for digital transformation. In just two years, Cinteo gained 90 highly skilled employees who built and scaled products and services globally.


A workplace where you can not only work, but also feel good, needs to be well thought out. For Daimler AG in Stuttgart, we took on the planning and realization of a future-oriented office concept for digital, creative and collaborative work. For this purpose, a former factory building was transformed into a representative workspace – all tailored to the DNA and needs of the group.

For the Daimler subsidiary moovel, diconium developed a shared car application that combines various mobility services in one app and finds the fastest way to get from A to B. diconium has thus created the basis for the Europe-wide use of moovel.
