We have been working closely with Intershop, a global provider of B2B commerce solutions for manufacturing and wholesale sectors, for around 15 years. Today, we are an official Intershop Platinum implementation and technology partner and, with around 100 developers, designers, and project managers in the Intershop environment, we are one of the largest Intershop development units in Germany.

Success Story Häfele

Since 2013, diconium has been working closely with the international company Häfele to optimize its global B2B sales and service platform. With the help of the modular commerce engine based on the Intershop Commerce Suite, we ensure a consistently satisfying customer experience, regardless of the market. The unified B2B platform gives business customers in 40 countries access to over 100,000 products with extensive product information. This includes CAD and CAM data, installation manuals and service documents. The website offers detailed search functions, product comparisons and services such as product suggestions and inspiration. Customers can manage their orders via personal accounts, view their order history and create individual stock lists.
