Our approach for UX design

We implement holistic user design through a structured approach that brings together UX strategists, researchers, requirements engineers, and UX/UI designers. Our process begins with in-depth user research, including interviews and surveys, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.  We then describe our customers and their behavior in detail, for example with user personas and journey maps, in order to make our design decisions. During development, we create prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine our solutions based on real user feedback.  Finally, we launch the product and continuously monitor user interactions and data to measure success and identify areas for improvement. This comprehensive approach ensures a seamless experience that meets both user and business objectives.

FAQ

What´s the difference between UX Design and UI Design?

UX Design focuses on the overall experience a user has with a brand or a single product, encompassing usability, functionality and the user journey. It involves research, testing, and iteration to address user needs effectively. UI Design, on the other hand, is concerned with the visual and interactive elements of a product, such as buttons, colors, and typography. It aims to create an aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interface. While UX addresses the overall experience, UI focuses specifically on how the product looks and feels.

Whats the difference between user centered design and holistic user experience design?

User Centered Design (UCD) focuses primarily on the needs, wants, and limitations of the end-user throughout the development process. It emphasizes iterative testing and feedback, ensuring that the product effectively meets user requirements.

In contrast, Holistic User Experience Design expands upon this by considering not only the user’s needs but also the broader context in which the product exists. This includes emotional, social, and environmental factors, as well as the entire journey a user undergoes with a product or service. It aims to create a seamless experience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the user’s overall perception.

In summary, while UCD is more focused on direct user interaction and feedback, holistic design envelops the entire experience, considering all influencing factors to create a comprehensive and satisfying interaction with the product.
