Our story

01

The Challenge

We needed to develop the "moovel" service for desktop and tablet devices, prepare for a nationwide rollout in Germany, and establish a foundation for future European deployment.

02

Our Solution

We established a JavaScript framework based on Angular JS, which included the setup and development of the system concept for the application. This involved creating interface connections to various transport providers and integrating a central booking system that accommodates all providers.

Additionally, we integrated a personal area for customers, allowing them to plan, reserve, and book their trips. We also incorporated the existing CMS (First Spirit) to facilitate cross-channel content maintenance by moovel or its partners.

03

Successes

We developed a central platform that encompasses content, ordering, and research, facilitating the integration and merger of various services and third-party providers. This approach ensures a seamless user experience, leading to fewer incorrect orders and fostering stronger customer loyalty.
