Our story

The Challenge

 

We aimed to build a convenient e-commerce system, significantly reduce the effort involved in content maintenance, and standardize the related processes. Additionally, we focused on developing a user-friendly account management app for both iOS and Android.

Our Solution

We developed a modern design for both the B2B and B2C online stores, as well as the self-service center. This involved conceptualizing new structures, processes, and features throughout the entire e-commerce experience, including innovative elements like hot-deal liveshopping, where top offers are available for a limited time only.

We also optimized usability for success-critical processes such as checkout, offer presentation, and service processes. In terms of content management, we created graphics and text and successfully integrated them into the store.

Successes

We achieved a high level of system security, ensuring the protection of user data. Our focus on service-oriented features has led to better customer service, resulting in increased traffic on the site. Additionally, the attractive design and simple structures contribute to a positive user experience.
