Die agilen Business Booster

IT competence meets inspiring environments

The New Economy is at the forefront, with flagships like Google or Facebook. Companies that stand for flexibility, autonomy and innovation. But the digital pioneers also show that the office as a place of communicative cooperation is far from obsolete - despite the home office and all-round accessibility.

Digital Workspace

ROOM FOR DIGITALIZATION

The office will stay - but it is hardly recognizable anymore. Why? Because the working space 4.0 is one thing above all: pluralistic. Here, meeting places and working spaces of different quality come together, doing justice to every work situation and every employee - sometimes private and informal, sometimes open and communicative.

An agile setting for CINTEO

The basic democratic structure of the digital company CINTEO distributes the authority, otherwise held by leaders, among several team members. This pluralistic form of organization, called holocracy, is reflected in open office structures that focus on communication. diconium found the right property for CINTEO in the heart of Stuttgart, planned the interior design and integrated the technical infrastructure.

A DIGITAL WORKSPACE FOR DAIMLER AG

At the end of 2017, Daimler AG opened a future-oriented office concept for digital and creative work at the Bosch Areal in Stuttgart. The so-called "Digital House" on five floors and with an area of 3,500 square meters was planned and realized by diconium. In its immediate vicinity, also in the Bosch Areal, we have planned a social area comprising 700 square meters, designed for ad-hoc meetings, discussion sessions, breaks or events.

Digital Workspace

This Digital House is where tomorrow's ideas are born - in an atmosphere steeped in history. After all, the property in the center of Stuttgart was one of the first factory buildings in the city, built by Robert Bosch at the beginning of the 20th century. The reinforced concrete construction, also one of the first of its kind, allowed the construction of continuous production areas and thus the greatest possible flexibility in use. An ideal breeding ground for digital services.

The designers at diconium have consciously retained the historic industrial charm, for example with the help of the exposed ribbed ceilings. Thus a (thinking) factory in the factory has been created, where the digital future and the analog past inspire each other.
