The Challenge

 

The challenge was to re-implement the online store platform on Intershop 7 while rebuilding the commerce platform using new technology. This needed to be seamlessly integrated with the existing IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and compatibility across the system.

Our Solution

 

In collaboration with Edeka Minden, diconium developed a concept that led to the successful implementation of the new store system. The multi-client capable platform provided a foundation for a rapid and cost-effective rollout of additional stores and brands. This included the migration to the latest Intershop platform, along with continuous development of the e-commerce platform and the launch of further clients.

Successes

Together with Edeka Minden, diconium developed a comprehensive concept that laid the foundation for the new store system implementation. The multi-client system enabled a fast and cost-efficient rollout of additional stores and brands. Migrating to the latest Intershop platform and continuously improving the e-commerce setup, the solution provided a central platform for content, ordering, and research. The integration of third-party services ensured a seamless user experience, reducing incorrect orders and fostering stronger customer loyalty.
