GALERIA KAUFHOF
ONLINESHOP RELAUNCH
diconium supported Galeria Kaufhof with creation, consultation and implementation for its relaunch. Today, the online store links virtual and stationary business.
Our story
01
The Challenge
We successfully developed a sustainable e-commerce strategy and relaunched the online store.
02
Our Solution
The holistic approach to creation, project consulting, and implementation has transformed the shopping experience, expanding the product offering from 3,000 to 40,000 items. The new online store seamlessly connects the virtual and physical retail environments, allowing customers to have their orders delivered to stores or returned there. In numbers, the project includes 657 online pages, 1,384 graphic elements, and 19,642 created data records. This is the essence of perfect multi-channel retailing.
We developed a sustainable e-commerce strategy and built a powerful, scalable e-commerce platform focused on service and experience-oriented presentation. Additionally, we enhanced visual merchandising and expanded the product range to include "fashion."
03
Successes
The central platform integrates content, ordering, and research, providing a seamless user experience. By merging services and incorporating third-party solutions, we’ve significantly reduced the number of incorrect orders. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also fosters stronger customer loyalty.
Thanks to diconium's efficient project management, we were able to meet our ambitious live deadline. In design, content and consulting, diconium did a tremendous job.
