Development and continuous optimization of a cloud platform for processing digital print jobs submitted by consumers worldwide to Kodak Moments through various input media and front-end systems for production and delivery.

Our Solution

Since 1996, diconium has been developing and operating forward-thinking services for Kodak Alaris, including mobile apps and kiosk applications. Its most significant achievement is the development of the comprehensive Kodak Moments Digital Fulfillment System—a state-of-the-art project that has been continuously expanded and developed for nearly 20 years. This work focuses on meeting the demands of new markets and products while consistently modernizing the technological platform.

The fulfillment system serves as a global e-commerce platform for customer orders, efficiently routing them to the appropriate fulfillment partner—whether a local retailer, a central photo lab, or a gift item producer. The system also includes interfaces and functionalities for managing products, catalogs, pricing, campaigns, vouchers, store locations, devices (such as printers and kiosks), shopping carts, and orders.

In addition, diconium has developed and optimized specific interfaces and applications for partners (B2B) and customers (B2C) of Kodak Moments, such as an application for order management for customer service. Online and in retail stores.

The Kodak Moments Digital Fulfillment System processes thousands of orders per hour across many regions worldwide, handling millions of orders annually. Its scalability effortlessly accommodates seasonal fluctuations in demand and extreme peaks driven by promotions.

Additionally, the system operates in a 24/7 high-availability model, meeting various performance targets for our customer. As the central e-commerce platform in the Kodak Moments value chain, it has contributed to steadily increasing sales year over year.
