To ensure the upgradeability of the B2B e-commerce platform, we tailored the "Hybris Commerce Accelerator for B2B" to meet the specific needs of various country clients. The user-friendly presentation of a complex product range was enhanced with FACT-Finder, offering intuitive features such as facet search and product comparison. Additionally, the "MySICK" area was developed to provide customers with valuable services like tracking order and delivery status, managing user accounts, requesting personalized quotes, reordering items, and exporting orders. This solution simplifies processes and delivers a seamless, efficient experience for customers across different markets.

Successes include the establishment of a clear platform architecture, an upgradeable structure, and the implementation of a cross-country technology base that unified e-commerce processes across multiple markets.
