The Challenge
The challenge was to replace the previous store and integrate it into a new platform, optimizing the user experience while preparing for an international rollout. This required a seamless transition to ensure consistent performance and usability across different markets, while maintaining the core functionality of the platform.

Our Solution
The heart of the new platform is the redesigned store. In order to avoid incorrect orders in the future, an intuitive machine-product matching was developed. In this way, the customer only sees the products he needs for his machine. This is also secured after the shopping cart. The filter is also retained for a new order.

Successes
Successes included the development of a central platform for content, ordering, and research, as well as the successful integration of services and third-party offerings. This resulted in a seamless user experience, fewer incorrect orders, and stronger customer loyalty. The new platform also allowed for more efficient operations and enhanced overall customer satisfaction.
