Galeria Kaufhof - the Cologne-based company stands for the tradition and future of the European department store. Founded in 1879, the company offers its customers an inspiring shopping experience in 96 stores nationwide - characterized by quality, service, advice and innovations.

  • Developing a sustainable e-commerce strategy

Solution

The holistic approach of creation, project consulting and implementation has led to an expansion of the shopping experience from previously 3,000 to now 40,000 items. In the process, the new online store links the virtual with the stationary store. Customers can have their orders delivered to stores or return them there. In figures, the project looks like this: 657 pages online, 1,384 graphic elements and 19,642 data records created. This is what perfect multi-channel retailing looks like.
